AluChef products come with a 12 month warranty which is in addition to your legal rights. From the time of delivery, the warranty covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic conditions and in accordance with the care and use instructions provided. It does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use, or misuse of the product.

 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of products from our website shall be in English and construed and governed according to the laws of Queensland, Australia. The Queensland courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all such matters.
